Furthermore included in this recent document disclosure appears to be a property layout for Great St James island, located in the Caribbean US territory.
The financier purchased a more modest island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but later purchased the bigger adjacent island in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
The released images reveal he had drawn up development schemes to develop the substantial island by building homes, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a swimming pool.
Marked on the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the territory, indicated on the bottom right.
The architectural drawing is covered in notations in red and features a key detailing different areas of the estate.
Alongside the main plan are what appear to be an additional nine construction diagrams and construction drawings, including layouts for boat shelters.
